Position Overview:

Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who will play a key role in maintaining smooth communication with our clients.Your responsibilities will include building a friendly rapport, addressing concerns, collecting feedback, and ensuring an overall positive experience.This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Client Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback about their experience.
  • Respond to client emails and calls promptly and professionally.

2. Relationship Maintenance:

  • Check in regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Address and escalate any concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Request client reviews and testimonials for completed projects.

3. Problem Identification:

  • Proactively identify client issues or challenges and report them to the team.
  • Ensure resolutions are communicated back to the client effectively.

4. Coordination and Support:

  • Work with internal teams to stay updated on project progress.
  • Share updates with clients in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Respond to client emails and calls promptly and professionally.

5. Client Communication:

  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
  • Use basic CRM tools to manage client interactions (training provided if needed).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to handle client communication effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive, customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions at once.
  • Familiarity with email tools and basic office software.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management is a plus.
